学院中草药研究室自82年底以来,已对37种植物,55个样品进行了初筛。实验方法采用国内通行的精原细胞法,供试样品经生药鉴定后用醇提、水提二法提取,调pH值近中性,再减倍稀释成三种不同浓度。分别注射到体重22～28克健康雄性小白鼠两侧睾丸,三天后处死动物。取睾丸固定于Bouin氏液中,石腊包埋切片,苏木精—伊红染色,在显微镜下观察鼠曲精管 Since the end of year 82, the Academy of Chinese Herbal Medicine has conducted preliminary screening of 37 plants and 55 samples. The experimental method adopted domestically adopted spermatogonia method. The test samples were identified by crude drugs and extracted with ethanol and extracted with water. The pH value was adjusted to neutrality and diluted to three different concentrations. The testes were injected into the testes on both sides of healthy male mice weighing 22-28 g, and the animals were sacrificed three days later. The testes were fixed in Bouin’s solution, embedded in paraffin, stained with hematoxylin-eosin, and examined under a microscope.
