趋磁细菌磁小体研究是揭示生物矿化作用和探索生物活动与地磁场之间联系的重要研究内容.细菌成因的磁铁矿颗粒也是部分湖泊和海洋沉积物磁性的主要载体. 本文在介绍趋磁细菌基础上, 重点评述磁小体形成过程研究、磁测量技术、沉积物中化石磁小体的识别方法、环境指示意义等方面的新进展, 并简要展望未来磁小体研究及其应用前景.
The study of magnetotactic bacteria magnetosomes is an important research content to reveal the biological mineralization and to explore the relationship between biological activities and geomagnetic field.The magnetite particles of bacterial origin are also the main carriers of magnetism of some lakes and marine sediments.In this paper, On the basis of magnetotactic bacteria, the author mainly reviews the research on the process of the formation of magnetosomes, the magnetic measurement technology, the identification methods of fossil magnetosomes in sediments, the significance of environmental indicators and so on, and briefly looks forward to the future study of magnetosomes and their applications prospect.
