§1.历史概述我们的青年数学学校(簡称青数学校)是从1959年9月1日創办的。开办青数学校以前經过了1958和1959年的长期筹备。起初,我們的想法是学生人数不多,課程大綱可以相当地灵活、甚至曾把它称为“数学訓练班”。那时曾确定尽量讲授数学和生活的广泛联系,特别是讲授現代数学的各个新的分支,没有打算复习中学大綱的內容,而是尽量給学生介紹現代数学。最初,我們的几个不大的小組就是按这种計划进行工作的。后来发現“训练班”的組織原則需要作些修正补充,使它的工作性质更接近于普通中学,需要有严格的科目,要有几个教师参与学生的作业,在整个工
§ 1. History Overview Our youth mathematics school (referred to as the “Crystal School”) was founded on September 1, 1959. The long-term preparations for 1958 and 1959 were carried out before the CYT school was opened. At first, our idea was that the number of students was small, the syllabus could be quite flexible, and even called it a “mathematics training class.” At that time it was determined to teach as much as possible about the extensive connection between mathematics and life. In particular, I taught various new branches of modern mathematics. I did not intend to review the contents of the secondary school syllabus. Instead, I tried to introduce students to modern mathematics. Initially, several of our small groups were working on this plan. Later, it was discovered that the organizational principles of the “training classes” need to be amended and supplemented so that the nature of its work is closer to that of ordinary middle schools. It requires strict subjects and requires several teachers to participate in the student’s homework.
