目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子对青光眼术后视神经的保护作用。方法:取2015年4月至2017年3月焦作市人民医院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼患者80例(80眼),患者均行小梁切除术治疗。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组术后采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组临床疗效及视野、眼压变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%与对照组82.50%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前眼压、平均光敏度和平均缺损度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后眼压、平均光敏度和平均缺损度水平,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼患者行小梁切除术后采用鼠神经生长因子治疗效果理想,有助于提高临床效果,改善患者视野及眼压水平。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of murine nerve growth factor on glaucomatous optic nerve. Methods: From April 2015 to March 2017, 80 patients (80 eyes) with primary angle-closure glaucoma admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital were treated with trabeculectomy. Using random number method divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methylcobalamin, and the observation group was treated with the mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, visual field and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% compared with 82.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); before treatment, the intraocular pressure, the average photosensitivity and the average degree of impairment were not statistically different (P> 0.05). The intraocular pressure, the average photosensitivity and the average degree of defect in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Glaucoma patients with trabecular surgery after the use of nerve growth factor therapy is ideal, will help improve clinical outcomes and improve patient vision and intraocular pressure levels.
