高中阶段的物理学科学习具有一定的难度,学生往往会在面临考试时出现紧张不安甚至恐惧的心理状态。在这种情况下进行的备考以及考试不仅难以实现自身的实力发挥,同时还容易导致考试失误。所以,加强考前心理调整是十分重要的。本文简要的就高中物理考试之前的心理状态调整方式进行分析,以期为实现高中学生的良好考试心态建立提供参考,提升学生的考试水平。
Physical studies in high school have a certain degree of difficulty, and students often experience nervousness or even fear when faced with exams. In this case, the exam preparation and examinations are not only difficult to achieve their own strength, but also easily lead to errors in the exam. Therefore, to strengthen pre-test psychological adjustment is very important. This article briefly analyzes the psychological adjustment before the high school physics examination, in order to provide a reference for the establishment of good test mentality of high school students, and to improve students’ examination ability.
