在机械制造中,大型或重型工件的镗孔,在普通镗孔机床上不能加工时,需要设计制造专用的镗孔装置,但不论何种形式,都缺少不了刀具进给装置。如图所示,是我厂自己设计制造的一种简化刀具进给装置——齿轮螺杆差动进给箱,已在各种专用镗孔机上使用多年,效果较好。结构及工作原理图中螺杆7外径与轴承2内孔间隙配合,双联齿轮Z_(1,2)内孔与螺杆7外径间隙配合,齿轮Z_(3,4)通过内螺纹与螺杆7配合。镗孔时镗杆18通过活接头9带动螺杆7转动,再通过滑动平键5传动齿轮Z_(1,2)并带动Z_(7,8)、Z_(6,5)、Z_(4,3)转动。由图可知,齿轮Z_(3,4)(即螺母体)与螺杆同一方向旋转,由于各对啮合齿轮的速比不同,使螺母体与螺杆的转速产生差异,造成螺杆和螺母体之间有相对转动。因螺母体轴向被箱体限制,
