受访专家:中国中医科学院广安门医院外科专家李军问:导致结直肠癌的因素有哪些?答:首先结直肠癌的转归和预后与病变分期紧密相关,早期、局部进展期、晚期5年生存率分别为90%,70%,12%。有效的筛查、早诊早治可显著降低死亡率。饮食因素:高脂肪低纤维饮食;动物蛋白、食物中亚硝胺及其衍生物含量高;摄入酒精;油炸食品;维生素A、C、E及微量元素硒缺乏;某些良性肠病:慢性溃疡性结肠炎、大肠腺瘤、家族性结肠腺瘤病、血吸虫病、大肠息肉等。
