在精密齿轮传动中,传动比对传动误差是有影响的,但是长期来一直未予考虑。对此,Michalec曾提出过一些设想,但未能妥善解决。最近,我国齿轮精度标准JB 179-83对齿轮副精度要求所作的规定也涉及这个问题。本文拟从传动误差的本质出发,讨论传动比对它的影响,并进而计算出该影响大小(即影响系数),为齿轮传动链精度计算提供必要的依据。齿轮传动的传动误差是指输入轴单向回转时输出轴转角的实际值对理论值的变动量。
In precision gear drives, the transmission ratio has an impact on the transmission error, but has not been considered for a long time. In this regard, Michalec had put forward some ideas, but failed to properly solve. Recently, China Gear Accuracy Standards JB 179-83 pairs of gear accuracy requirements made by the provisions of this issue are also involved. Based on the essence of transmission error, this paper discusses the effect of transmission ratio on it, and then calculates the impact magnitude (ie, the influence coefficient), which provides the necessary basis for the calculation of gear transmission chain accuracy. Gear drive transmission error refers to the input shaft unidirectional rotation of the output shaft angle of the actual value of the theoretical amount of variation.
