目的分析荷泽市麻疹检测情况,探讨其特点,为预防控制麻疹提供指导。方法对报告的麻疹疑似病例开展麻疹Ig M、风疹Ig M检测和麻疹病毒分离,描述其流行病学特点并进行分类。结果 2013年度共报告328例麻疹疑似病例,麻疹疑似病例血清标本采集率为89.33%。麻疹Ig M阳性病例数为106例,风疹Ig M阳性病例数为8例。28例咽拭子标本中分离出13株麻疹病毒,为H1a基因型。在所有麻疹疑似病例中,未接种麻疹疫苗者达到54.88%。全年共确诊143例麻疹病例,两类确诊病例中,<4岁年龄组的构成比分别为80.35%(90/112)、61.29%(19/31),不足8个月龄的婴儿病例构成比分别为32.14%(36/112)、19.35%(6/31)。结论麻疹发病与年龄、性别、职业、季节有关,以散发为主,目前流行的麻疹野病毒为H1基因型,菏泽市要关注<4岁组和<8月龄的婴儿发病情况;为控制麻疹流行,关健措施是做好易感人群的麻疹类疫苗免疫工作。
Objective To analyze the detection of measles in Heze City, discuss its characteristics and provide guidance for the prevention and control of measles. Methods Measles measles Ig M, rubella Ig M test and measles virus were isolated from suspected measles cases. The epidemiological characteristics were described and classified. Results A total of 328 suspected measles cases were reported in 2013, and 89.33% were collected in suspected cases of measles. Measles IgM-positive cases were 106 cases, rubella IgM-positive cases were 8 cases. Thirteen measles viruses isolated from 28 throat swab specimens were H1a genotypes. In all suspected cases of measles, 54.88% of those who did not receive measles vaccine. A total of 143 cases of measles were diagnosed in the year. Among the two types of cases, the proportions of <4-year-olds were 80.35% (90/112) and 61.29% (19/31), respectively. Cases of infants less than 8 months old Than the rate of 32.14% (36/112), 19.35% (6/31) respectively. Conclusions The incidence of measles is related to age, sex, occupation and season, and is predominantly exuded. Currently, the prevalence of wild measles virus is H1 genotype. Heze City should pay attention to the incidence of infants <4 years old and <8 months old. To control measles Popular, key measures are to do a good job of measles vaccine susceptible populations work.
