白地霉Q_(303)分类上属真菌门,半知菌亚门地霉属。据报道白地霉菌丝体干品含蛋白40％、碳水化合物15％、脂肪4.8％。用白地霉Q_(303)菌液培养苏芸金杆菌的结果,经检测,培养终止物中苏芸金杆菌活孢子含量为15～17×10~8/ml。用叶片浸渍法对菜青虫作毒力测定,其Lc50=2.4 ×10~7ml与HD-1乳剂Lc50=2.2×10~7/m1对菜青虫的毒力相当。 (一)白地霉Q_(303)菌种斜面及液体培养基的制作 1.斜面固体培养基的制作:斜面固体培养基用PDA培养基。即马铃薯200克,蔗糖15克,琼脂18克,水1000毫升,自然pH。
