建立了使用离子色谱测定牛奶中硫氰酸根的方法。采用丙酮沉淀蛋白质,C18固相萃取小柱进行净化,使用美国Dionex公司的ICS-2000离子色谱仪和Ion Pac AS19-HC色谱柱进行测定,洗脱液为65 mmol/L的氢氧化钾溶液。该方法的线性范围为0.1μg/mL~5μg/mL,线性方程的相关系数高达99.93%,测试硫氰酸根的回收率达到95.0%~100.0%,同一样品重复测试结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%,方法的检测限(LOD)为0.2μg/g,方法有效。
A method for the determination of thiocyanate in milk by ion chromatography was established. The protein was precipitated with acetone and purified on a C18 SPE cartridge using an ICS-2000 Ion Chromatograph (Dionex, USA) and an Ion Pac AS19-HC column. The eluent was a 65 mmol / L potassium hydroxide solution.
