PCR设备广泛应用于临床疾病诊断、遗传基因检测、动物疾病检测(如禽流感)、食品安全检测及医学、农牧、分子生物学、司法鉴定等科学研究。目前使用的PCR设备主要有定量PCR仪、梯度PCR仪、PCR增扩仪、基因PCR仪等,其基本原理是经过多次热循环对需要检测的样品或标本进行性能实验。包含的过程主要有高温变性温度、低温复性温度、适温延伸温度等。探讨如何实现对PCR仪的计量校准使得量值溯源能够建立和完善,以保证仪器用于样本检测、科学研究等结果数据的可靠。从而能够为我国基因研究、食品安全检测、医学诊断等提供必要的保障,项目社会效益和经济效益显著。
PCR equipment is widely used in clinical disease diagnosis, genetic testing, animal disease testing (such as bird flu), food safety testing and medicine, agriculture and animal husbandry, molecular biology, forensic science and other scientific research. At present, the PCR equipment mainly includes a quantitative PCR instrument, a gradient PCR instrument, a PCR amplification instrument, a gene PCR instrument and the like. The basic principle of the PCR instrument is to perform performance experiments on the samples or specimens to be tested after multiple thermal cycles. Including the main process of high temperature denaturation temperature, low temperature refolding temperature, suitable temperature extension temperature. This paper discusses how to realize the calibration of the PCR instrument so that the traceability of quantity can be established and perfected so as to ensure the reliability of the instrument for the result data of sample testing and scientific research. So as to provide the necessary guarantee for genetic research, food safety testing and medical diagnosis in our country, the social and economic benefits of the project are remarkable.
