有机农业的发展是随着农业生产过程中大量施用化学物质而不断造成健康隐患提出来的。发展有机农业可向社会提供无污染、口味好、食用安全的安全食品,有利于保障人民身体健康;可以减轻环境污染,有利于恢复生态平衡;有利于提高我国农产品在国际上的竞争力。从世界范围看,目前有机食品的销售量还不到食品销售量的1%,发展相对较慢。潍坊有着历史悠久的传统农业,在精耕细作、用养结合、地力更新等方面积累了丰富的经验,这是发展有机农业的精髓,是农业发展的新优势。
The development of organic agriculture is brought forward by the continuous application of chemical substances in the process of agricultural production, which causes continuous health problems. The development of organic agriculture can provide non-polluting, good-taste and safe food to the society, which is good for ensuring people’s health. It can reduce environmental pollution, restore ecological balance and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. From a global perspective, the current sales of organic food less than 1% of food sales, the development is relatively slow. Weifang has a long history of traditional agriculture. We have accumulated rich experience in intensive farming, combination of farming and raising, and renewal of soil fertility. Weifu is the quintessence of organic agriculture and a new advantage in agricultural development.
