多年来我们单独使用维生素 B_2(口服或肌肉注射)治疗,口腔溃疡,效果并不理想。有时虽然能见效,但治疗时间较长,有时长达半个月甚至几个月,给病人带来很大痛苦。从1983年起,我们用维生素 B_2、土霉素、强的松片压碎成粉混匀局部外用治疗日腔溃疡50例,获得良好效果,报道如下。一、资料1.近1年来收治口腔溃疡50例,其中男性30例,女性20例。2.溃疡最大者为0.6×0.6cm,最小者为0.1×0.1cm,多者达8～9个,少者为1～2个。
