目的识别与分析某燃气发电企业职业病危害因素,明确职业病危害因素重点控制岗位,以便对采取的职业病防护措施有效性进行评价。方法通过职业卫生调查、职业危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法分析其危害程度,找出关键控制点。结果氢氧化钠、盐酸、氯气、氨、联氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、个体噪声、高温、工频电场检测合格率均为100%,部分作业点噪声超过85 d B(A)。结论该企业的主要职业病危害因素及重点控制岗位明确,采取的化学毒物、高温、工频电场防护措施控制效果较好,噪声控制效果一般。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a gas-fired power generation enterprise and clarify the key control positions of occupational hazards in order to evaluate the effectiveness of occupational disease prevention measures. Methods Through occupational health survey, occupational hazards test, occupational health examination and other methods to analyze the degree of harm and find out the key control points. Results The qualified rate of sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, chlorine, ammonia, hydrazine, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, individual noise, high temperature and power frequency electric field were all 100% (A). Conclusion The main occupational hazards and key control positions of the enterprise are clear. The control measures of chemical poison, high temperature and power frequency electric field protection measures are good, and the noise control effect is general.
