本文介绍了三轴气浮转台的支承轴承用的高精度大球的研磨工艺。这种轴承的精度和表面光洁度都很高,加工很困难。为实现加工高精度的大球,本文从研磨装置的设计,磨具、磨料和润滑液的配制,工艺操作进行了阐述。研磨装置的设计结构简单、制造方便,可加工球的尺寸范围广,工艺稳定,大球车加工后即可直接进行研磨,按着所规定的工艺程序即可完成高精度大球的加工。研磨加工φ120mm大球的结果是;不球度为0.2—0.3μm,光洁度▽_(12)级。研磨φ200mm大球的结果是;不球度为0.4μm,光洁度▽_(11)级。经三轴气浮转台实际使用,效果很好。
This paper introduces the grinding process of the high-precision large ball used to support the bearings of the three-axis air-floating turntable. The precision and surface finish of these bearings are high, the processing is very difficult. In order to achieve the processing of high-precision ball, this article from the grinding device design, abrasive, abrasive and lubricating fluid preparation, process operation are described. The design of the grinding device is simple in structure, convenient in manufacturing, wide in sphere size and stable in process. After being processed, the car can directly grind. According to the stipulated process program, the processing of high-precision big ball can be completed. Grinding φ120mm big ball result is; not sphericity 0.2-0.3μm, finish ▽ _ (12) level. Grinding φ200mm big ball results; non-sphericity of 0.4μm, finish ▽ _ (11) level. The three-axis flotation turret actual use, the effect is very good.
