近两年,我地发生多起变配电设备事故,其中有三起较为严重.1 情况和原因1.1 1997年元月,某水泥厂2×800 kV·A变压器低压侧平均电压在450 V以上,为了不影响生产生活,厂电工决定将变压器分接开关由Ⅲ档调至Ⅰ档,当其中一台调整完毕合闸送电后不到2分钟,瓦斯保护就动作跳闸.某电力施工队闻讯立即前往测试,变压器高、低压侧绕组直流电阻均正常,但未做耐压试验.当时认为是分接开关故障,打算购买分接开关予以更换.笔者了解到在测试直流电阻时分接开关旋转自如,瓦斯继电器内气体为淡黄色且可燃.分析认为系分接开关调整不到位.介乎Ⅰ、Ⅱ档之间,导致匝间短路绝缘破坏.吊芯检查证明如此.
