小学低年级学业不良儿童概念界定和诊断对学业不良的界定一直是研究者们意见分歧之一。笔者认为,学业不良学生一般指那些智力正常,没有感官障碍,但在知识、能力、品格、方法、体质等要素的融合方面存在着偏离常规结构性缺陷,智力得不到正常开发,不能达到教学大纲规定的基本要求,需要通过有针对性的教育措施或医疗措施给予补救和矫治的学生。本文研究的小学低年级学业不良儿童即为小学1~2年级的学业不良学生。
It is one of the disagreements among researchers that the concept definition and diagnosis of poor children with primary school education are not well defined. The author believes that poor students generally refers to those with normal intelligence, no sensory disorders, but in the integration of knowledge, ability, character, method, physical and other elements deviate from the conventional structural defects, intelligence can not be normal development, can not achieve teaching The basic requirements of the outline require students who need remediation and correction through targeted educational or medical interventions. In this paper, the study of primary school children in the lower grades of primary school is the first grade to the second grade of poor students.
