扫描电镜这种大型精密分析仪器。主要用于样品的形貌观察及作成份分析,目前我国的扫描电镜主要限于样品的静态特性的观察和分析。而材料科学研究的一个重要方面是对材料进行动态研究,这项工作在我国急需广泛开展,例如:在电镜内进行原材料的质量、构件的强度动态的力学试验;或观察研究材料的显微裂缝及超显微裂缝对强度的影响。利用电子显微镜的高分辨率及高放大倍数独特优点,加上材料力学的拉伸试验台。可以进行金属、非金属、陶瓷、生物、纺织纤维等材料的精密力学测试以及它们的工艺流程的动态监测。依据我们设计各种电镜试样台的经验,最近为KYKY-1000B型扫描电镜研制成
