目的考察槐定碱白蛋白微球的不同制备工艺条件对其体外释药特性的影响。方法以酸性染料比色法测定槐定碱的含量。绘制不同条件下制备的微球的累积释放曲线,并用相似因子法进行分析。结果不同固化温度下所制备的微球的释药曲线的f2值差异性较大。随着固化温度的升高,微球的释药速度减慢。结论固化温度对槐定碱白蛋白微球释药影响较大,通过调节固化温度可以制备出释放速度合格的微球。
Objective To investigate the effects of different preparation conditions of sophoridine albumin microspheres on their in vitro drug release characteristics. Methods The content of sophoridine was determined by acid dye colorimetry. The cumulative release profiles of the microspheres prepared under different conditions were plotted and analyzed by a similarity factor method. Results The f2 values of the drug release curves of the microspheres prepared at different curing temperatures were quite different. As the curing temperature increases, the release rate of the microspheres slows down. Conclusion The curing temperature has a great influence on the release of sophoridine albumin microspheres. Microspheres with acceptable release rate can be prepared by adjusting the curing temperature.
