介绍宝钢3号高炉数学模拟系统的构成和主要功能,详细讨论了高炉热模拟模型的理论基础。该模型通过反复迭代运行热平衡和物料平衡模块,对高炉操作数据进行校正,使其同时满足5个主要元素和热量收支平衡的要求,并在此基础上计算和绘制了碳比-直接还原度图(C-DRR图)。因C-DRR图能够直观清晰地显示高炉的热量水平和利用效率,指明高炉的节能降耗潜力,使高炉操作从定性把握转为定量理解,所以受到操作者的欢迎。
The composition and main functions of the mathematical simulation system of Baosteel No.3 blast furnace are introduced. The theoretical basis of blast furnace thermal simulation model is discussed in detail. The model calibrates blast furnace operating data by iteratively running the thermal balance and material balance modules to meet the requirements of five major elements and the balance of heat budget.
