(一) 马莳曾谓:“痹者,卑也,有病则有日深日降之义,又有不得自如之义,故名曰痹。”(《黄帝内经素问注证发微》)这是广义的“痹”。张志聪认为:“痹者,闭也,邪闭而为痛也。”(《素问集注》)后人皆宗张氏之意,逐渐将痹证的范围集中至肌肉、关节的疼痛性疾患。然而,五体疾患中的痹证,还包括麻木、不仁、重着等主症,且与风病、瘘证互有联系。古今医家均认为痹证的成因,乃由正气不足而外邪凑之。《灵枢》所述“粗理而肉
