目的:探讨尿液检验中尿常规与尿沉渣之间的相关性。方法:选取尿液检验的76例患者,根据检验检测方法分为尿沉渣组与尿常规组,各组38例,比较两组取样时间、管型检测结果、白细胞、尿蛋白及留取标本时间等。结果:两组获取结果时间、留取标本时间、取样时间比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),尿常规组管型检测、红细胞、尿蛋白、结晶与白细胞的阳性率相比尿沉渣组,差异不明显(P>0.05)。两组的尿蛋白、白细胞、红细胞、结晶、管型检测结果的总负荷率为97.0%、95.0%、95.0%、97.0%与92.0%。结论:尿液检验中,采取尿沉渣联合尿常规的监测方法,有助于检测准确率的提升。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between urine and urine sediment in urinalysis. Methods: Totally 76 patients with urine test were divided into urinary sediment group and urine routine group according to test methods. 38 patients in each group were divided into two groups according to sampling time, tube test result, leukocyte, urinary protein, Wait. Conclusion: In urinalysis, urinary sediment combined with urine routine monitoring method is helpful to improve the detection accuracy.
