2012年10月,《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》正式颁布并实施,这意味着新一轮的幼儿园课程改革有了明确的方向。当下,幼儿园课程如何关注幼儿身心发展的特点,尊重幼儿学习活动的规律,则是对《指南》基本精神的纵深回应。幼儿园园长是幼儿园课程改革主体中的首席,应当从传统的管理者角色中解放出来,以幼儿为本、以教师为本,切实履行幼儿园课程的领导职能。
In October 2012, the “Guide for Learning and Development of Children aged 3-6” was officially promulgated and implemented, which means that there is a clear direction for the new round of kindergarten curriculum reform. At present, how kindergarten curricula focus on physical and mental development of young children and respect the law of young children’s learning activities are the deep-rooted responses to the basic spirit of the Guide. Kindergarten principal is the chief of kindergarten curriculum reform, and should be liberated from the traditional manager role. Taking kindergarten as the basis and teacher as the foundation, kindergarten director should earnestly fulfill the leadership function of kindergarten curriculum.
