目的制备离子敏感型熊胆眼用即型凝胶,并对其凝胶特性进行评价。方法采用单因素实验法优选凝胶基质以及凝胶增强剂,使用优选处方制备即型凝胶,并对其质量(渗透压、黏度、体外释放以及眼部滞留能力)进行考察。结果结冷胶(Gelrite)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)比例为0.6%∶0.3%时制备凝胶效果较好;所制备的熊胆凝胶制剂与熊胆滴眼液比较,用药后黏度显著增加,具有较好的缓释特性;在用药部位停留时间较长,眼部滞留能力显著增强。结论制得的熊胆眼用即型凝胶具有良好成型性,符合即型凝胶的要求。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare ion-sensitive, ie, gel-like gel for the use of bile-gallbladder, and to evaluate its gel properties. Methods The gel matrix and gel enhancer were optimized by single factor experiment, and the ready-to-gel was prepared with the preferred prescription. The quality (osmotic pressure, viscosity, in vitro release and eye retention ability) were examined. Results Gelrite and CMC-Na ratio of 0.6%: 0.3%, the preparation of gel is better; the prepared gall gall gel formulation compared with the Xiongtiao eye drops, Viscosity increased significantly after treatment, with good sustained-release properties; stay longer in the drug site, eye retention capacity was significantly enhanced. Conclusion The obtained Gallbladder with Instant Gel has good formability and meets the requirements of Instant Gel.
