江苏省人民政府日前正式批复《淮安市城市总体规划(2009—2030)年》(苏政复[2011]50号文)。根据批复,淮安市新一轮总规将城市性质确定为:国家历史文化名城和生态旅游城市,长江三角洲北部地区重要的中心城市、交通枢纽和先进制造业基地。城市规划区包括市区行政辖区(3171平方公里)以及涟水县陈师镇在宁连高速公路以西地区 Recently, Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government officially approved “Huai’an City Master Plan (2009-2030)” (Su Cheng Fu [2011] No. 50). According to the approval, Huai’an City, a new round of general rules to determine the nature of the city as: the national historical and cultural city and eco-tourism city, the northern region of the Yangtze River Delta important central cities, transport hubs and advanced manufacturing base. The urban planning area includes urban administrative area (3171 square kilometers) and Chen Shizhen of Lianshui County west of Ninglian Expressway
