泽泻蕨是一种小型观叶蕨类植物,叶片终年常绿,圆满可爱。植株适应性强,生长迅速,养护简单。适宜盆栽观赏、池塘及溪流点缀、吊盆悬挂欣赏,也可用于组合盆栽,是家居观赏,办公室、会议室绿化,墙面及窗台点缀的好植物。泽泻蕨根系发达,植株生长迅速,病虫害少,极易成活。植物学性状株高10～35cm。根状茎短而直立。单叶,叶柄紫黑色,营养叶的叶柄长约10cm,能育叶的叶柄一般长达25cm以上。叶片椭圆形,在与叶柄的连接处往往长出芽孢,芽孢又能继续萌发,长成新植株。能育叶三角形,叶脉网状,孢子囊群沿叶脉着生于能育叶背面。
