化疗后伴随粒细胞减少及免疫功能低下而合并的感染中,细菌感染占85%。我科于1995年1月~1997年6月早期应用青霉素,积极地预防感染,取得满意疗效。 1 临床资料 肿瘤病人76例,男61例,女15例,年龄26岁~78岁。肺癌22例CAP方案,恶性淋巴瘤10例CHOP方案,胃癌8例FAM方案,乳腺癌8例FAC方案,鼻咽癌19例FBP方案,大肠癌6例FMP方案,精原细胞瘤3例PVB方案,以上每例化疗2个~6个疗程。化疗后每3d~5d复查血常规,监督白细胞下降情况。随机分组各38例,其中治疗组白细胞下降Ⅰ度9例,Ⅱ度18例,Ⅲ度8例,Ⅳ度3例。对照组白细胞下降Ⅰ度9例,Ⅱ度17例,Ⅲ度10
Infections associated with neutropenia and poor immune function following chemotherapy are associated with 85% of bacterial infections. Randomly divided into 38 cases, including the treatment group leukocytes decreased by 1 degree in 9 cases, II degree in 18 cases, III degree in 8 cases, IV degree in 3 cases. In the control group, there were 9 cases of white blood cells falling in degree I, 17 cases in II degree, and 10 degrees in III degree.
