目的:研究纳米氢氧化钙根管充填材料对儿童乳牙的细胞毒性。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑盐微量酶反应比色法(MTT法)检测纳米氢氧化钙根充材料的浸提液与L929成纤维细胞接触后细胞的生长与增值情况,评价纳米氢氧化钙根充材料对细胞的毒性反应程度。结果:实验组与阴性对照组比较,所加试剂差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与阳性对照组比较,所加试剂差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:纳米氢氧化钙根管充填材料无细胞毒性反应,适于作为儿童根管充填材料。
Objective: To study the cytotoxicity of nano calcium hydroxide root canal filling material on children deciduous teeth. Methods: MTT method was used to detect the growth and proliferation of L929 fibroblasts after contact with the extract of nano-Ca (OH) The extent of toxic reaction of calcium root material to cells. Results: Compared with the negative control group, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the negative control group (P> 0.05). Compared with the positive control group, the added reagents had significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: The calcium hydroxide root canal filling material has no cytotoxic reaction and is suitable as a root canal filling material for children.
