从竞技体育的管理经验中,可以总结出企业管理的一种模式,其行为的合理性适宜于公有制的背景,且预期效率更高,即在坚持社会主义制度基本原则的基础上建立起一个严明的评价标准,通过两个基础概念、一项审核程序、三大职能分设结构、四条基础原则为要点实施操作。由于这是一个全新的探索角度,谨在此粗线条地谈及一孔之见,以就教于专家们。
From the management experience of competitive sports, a model of enterprise management can be summed up. The rationality of its behavior is suitable for the background of public ownership, and it is expected to be more efficient, that is, to establish a strict foundation on the basis of adhering to the basic principles of the socialist system. The evaluation criteria adopted two basic concepts, an audit procedure, three major functions and separate structures, and four basic principles as the main points of implementation.
