2002年3月1日,梁副省长到昆明圣火制药有限责任公司、昆明滇虹药业有限公司、昆明风驰传媒有限公司三家民营科技企业进行了考察调研。和梁副省长一起考察调研的有省科技厅赵世坤副厅长、省科协党组黄峻书记、省计委高新产业发展处吴凡处长、省科技厅政策法规与体改处秦穆处长、省科技厅工业及高新技术发展处方涛处长、省民办科技机构管委会左汝锡主任、省政府办公厅林纪良秘书等。
On March 1, 2002, Vice Governor Liang went to inspect and study three private technology enterprises including Kunming Holy Fire Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Kunming Dianhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Kunming Fengchi Media Co., Ltd. Deputy Governor Liang investigated and researched with Zhao Shikun, deputy director of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, secretary of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology Huang Jun, director of the Provincial Development Planning Commission High-tech Industry Development Office Wu Fan, Long Tao, director of the Office of Industry and High Technology Development of Science and Technology Department, Fang Tao, director of the provincial-run science and technology institution management committee Zu Ruxi, secretary of the provincial government Lin Jiliang.
