目的:建立续断药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定了全国不同产地20批续断样品。色谱条件:色谱柱W elchrom-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长212 nm,柱温35℃。结果:建立了续断皂苷类成分的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对全国不同产地续断药材进行了相似度比较。结论:该分析方法稳定可靠,信息量大,为续断药材的鉴别和质量评价与控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a method of HPLC fingerprinting of severed medicinal materials. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the samples from 20 batches of different producing areas in China. Chromatographic conditions: a gradient elution was performed on a W elchrom-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and detection wavelength at 212 nm with a column temperature of 35 ° C. Results: The established HPLC fingerprinting pattern of continued saponins was compared with the similarities in different parts of China. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, and has a large amount of information. It provides the basis for the identification and quality evaluation and control of the medicinal materials.
