在当前新课改背景下,初中学生自主合作探究学习模式已成为课堂的主要教学方式。合作探究学习可以有效培养学生的创新意识,提升学生的实践能力,增强学生的综合能力素质。结合工作实践,探讨了教师在初中学生合作探究学习中的角色定位,阐述了教师分别作为兴趣激发者、积极参与者、组织引领者、有效评价者等角色的作用。
Under the current background of new curriculum reform, junior high school students’ self-cooperation exploration study mode has become the main teaching method in the classroom. Cooperative inquiry learning can effectively cultivate students’ sense of innovation, enhance students’ practical ability and enhance students’ comprehensive ability and quality. Combining with the practice of work, the author discusses the role of teachers in the junior middle school students’ cooperative inquiry learning, and expounds the role of teachers as the active participants, the active participants, the leader and the effective evaluator respectively.
