去年,肥城矿务局在深入开展“质量标准化、全创水平”活动中,采取切实措施,加强班组安全建设,强化了安全管理基础工作,促进了安全状况的持续好转。1989年全局百万吨死亡率为0.09。实践证明,加强班组安全建设是搞好安全生产的关键一环,是实现安全生产的一项重要基础工作。一、加强班组安全建设的主要做法1.提高认识,切实加强对班组安全建设的领导。该局领导通过总结这几年安全工作的经验教训,深刻认识到:班组是企业的细胞,班组长就是细胞核。班组长盯现场时间最长,对现场情况最熟,对职工的思想状况最清楚。他们既是最直接的生产指挥者,又是班组安全的第一责任者,对安全生产起着举足轻重的作用。班组这一级抓不起来,制定的措施再好,要求再严,工作安排再好,也只能是纸上谈兵。
