海参猪腱汤 能养肝补血、祛风止痛、活血通经、强筋骨,宜于遇冷易关节痛者。 原料:羌活4克,独活4克,川芎4克,桂枝3克,瘦肉200克,海参200克,胡萝卜1/2根,豌豆5片,盐少许。 做法:1.羌活、独活、桂枝以小布袋包好封好口。 2.瘦肉切小块,以开水汆烫过,沥干水分;胡萝卜切大块;豌豆荚除去两边的老筋后洗净;海参腹部肠泥抽洗干净,切成小块,以热水氽烫过后以冷水冲凉备用。
