依据剥层化学分析试验结果,采用数理统计方法计算和分析了渗碳速度因子与钢中原始化学成分和炉气碳势间的定量关系,讨论了影响渗碳速度的因素,并以活度理论为依据,从热力学角度分析讨论了合金元素的影响机制。
According to the experimental results of chemical peeling test, the quantitative relationship between the carburizing velocity factor and the chemical composition of the steel and the carbon potential of the furnace gas was calculated and analyzed by using the mathematical statistics method.
