目的 研究实验犬食管支架术后 2、2 4h局部粘膜对聚乙二醇4 0 0 (PEG4 0 0 )通透性的变化。方法 选择成年健康犬 12只 ,均分为A、B两组 ,分别置入“Z”型食管支架。支架术后 2h选择A组犬进行食管持续恒压PEG4 0 0 灌流 ,2h后取出置架部位的食管组织及等量正常食管组织 ,通过气相色谱分析法检测组织中PEG4 0 0 的含量 ,并进行比较。B组犬于术后 2 4h同样方法进行气相色谱分析。结果 支架术后 2h食管组织中PEG4 0 0 的含量较正常明显升高 ,主要表现为一些低分子量的PEG4 0 0 ,术后 2 4hPEG4 0 0 的通透性进一步增强 ,可检测到一些高分子量的PEG4 0 0 。结论 支架置入可导致食管局部粘膜对PEG4 0 0 通透性显著升高 ,从而为外源性致病原的介入创造条件。说明支架对粘膜具有明显的破坏作用。
Objective To study the permeability changes of polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG400) in the local mucosa of the experimental dogs after 2 and 24 hours after esophageal stent implantation. Methods Twelve adult healthy dogs were selected and divided into two groups, A and B. They were implanted with “Z” esophageal stents. At 2 hours after stenting, Group A dogs were selected to perform perfusion constant pressure PEG400 perfusion. After 2 hours, esophageal tissues and esophageal tissue were removed from placeholders. The content of PEG4 0 0 in the tissues was determined by gas chromatography. Compare. Dogs in group B were analyzed by gas chromatography in the same way 24 hours after surgery. Results The content of PEG40 in esophageal tissue was significantly higher than normal at 2 h after stenting. The main manifestations were some low molecular weight PEG400. The permeability of PEG400 was further enhanced at 24 h after operation, and some high molecular weight can be detected. PEG4 0 0 . Conclusion Stent implantation can result in a significant increase in permeability of PEG400 on the local mucosa of the esophagus, thus creating conditions for the intervention of exogenous pathogens. Explain that the stent has obvious damage to the mucous membrane.
