江苏省第三届“五·四”杯青年教师教育教学论文竞赛又拉开了赛台的帷幕。如果说,1989年、1991年的第一、二届“五·四”杯论文竞赛曾经像一股强劲的春风,推动了我省青年教师的教育教学研究,那么如今的第三届“五·四”杯,青年教师参赛的热情更如澎湃的春潮奔腾激荡。自从6月份省教委向各市县教育局发出举办第三届“五·四”杯青年教师教育教学论文竞赛的通知,《江苏教育(中学版)》刊出竞赛的启事以后,各市县教育局立刻行动起来,广大青年教师踊跃参赛。综观本届竞赛的组织发动工作,有这样几个特点: 一是组织比较落实。各市县教育局大都建立了竞赛领导小组或者论文评审选送领导小组。很多市县都是教育局(教委)领导亲自担任组长,教研室、教科室、中教科的负责人任副组长。二是措施有力。常州市提出,要把这次竞赛当作加
