由中国教育学会历史教学研究会主持、天津历史教学研究会与天津和平区教育局承办的第三届全国中小学历史课堂教学研讨会于1991年8月3日至5日在河北省昌黎黄金海岸召开。这次研讨会的主题是:“寓思想教育于历史教学过程中的最佳教学设计”。会议着重观摩录相课,交流讲评,探讨在课堂教学中如何教书育人。这次具有现实意义的研讨活动,得到各级领导及有关专家的重视、支持和关怀。来自全国20个省市的170名代表参加了大会。提送的录相课共63节(其中小学25节,中学38节),提交论文40多篇。为使研讨内容得到充分交流,与会代表分为五个组(其中小学2个组,中学3个组),分别于由友西、周发增、严志梁、张显传、陈德欣任评委组长。五个组同时进行观摩交流、讲评。为使每节录相课的最佳教学设计得以充分体现,同时便于评委全面掌握各地区教学状况,增强评选的可比性,大
The History Teaching Research Association of China Education Society presided over the Tianjin History Teaching Research Association and the Tianjin Heping District Education Bureau hosted the Third National History Classroom Teaching Seminar in August 3, 1991 to 5 in Changli, Hebei Province Gold Coast Held. The theme of this symposium is: “Combining ideological education with best teaching design in history teaching”. The conference focused on reading and writing lessons, exchange comments, to explore how to teach in the classroom teaching and educating people. This seminar with practical significance has received the attention, support and consideration of leaders at all levels and relevant experts. 170 delegates from 20 provinces and cities nationwide attended the conference. A total of 63 video lessons were delivered (including 25 primary and secondary schools) and over 40 papers were submitted. The participants were divided into five groups (including 2 primary schools and 3 secondary schools) for the purpose of full discussion. Delegates were respectively appointed by Youxi, Zhou Fazeng, Yan Zhiliang, Zhang Xianchuan and Chen Dexin. Five groups at the same time to observe the exchange, comment. In order to fully reflect the best instructional design in each lesson, it is also convenient for the judges to fully grasp the teaching conditions in different regions and enhance the comparability of the selection.
