致乏库蚊是我国南方城镇居室中常见的优势蚊种,它不仅骚扰人们休息,更重要的是传播疾病流行的主要媒介之一。因此,及时掌握该蚊种对一些常用化学杀虫剂的抗性现状和发展趋势,为今后积极开展除害灭病,科学合理地使用化学杀虫剂,研究防制对策,保障人民身体健康均有实际意义。由此,我们对诸暨市区和市郊的致乏库蚊进行了抗性测定,现将结果报告如下。材料与方法1.材料(1)药剂:敌敌畏1%、三氯杀虫酯5%、仲丁威5%、二氯苯醚菊酯]%、溴氰菊酯1%。以上五种杀虫剂母液均由中科院动物研究所提供。(2)溶剂:丙酮(分析纯)。(3)试虫来源:采集于诸暨市区和市郊的致乏库蚊成蚊,携回实验室给予吸血产卵,正常饲养至四龄期幼虫进行测试;同时用实验室不接触杀虫剂长期饲养的致乏库蚊四龄期幼虫(以下简称正常品系)作敏感度对照测试。2.方法

The above five insecticide mother liquors are provided by the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. (2) Solvent: Acetone (analytical grade). (3) Source of test insects: Culex pipiens pallens collected from Zhuji urban area and suburbs were taken back to laboratory for blood spawning and normal feeding to fourth-instar larvae for testing.
