目的:采用免疫组织化学实验并扩大标本量来进一步验证超氧化物歧化酶(Cu/ZnSOD)和PLUNC蛋白在鼻息肉、慢性鼻窦炎和正常鼻黏膜组织之间的差异表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测34例鼻息肉、30例慢性鼻窦炎和18例正常鼻黏膜组织中Cu/ZnSOD和PLUNC蛋白的表达情况。结果:①Cu/ZnSOD和PLUNC蛋白在同一个组织标本中的定位和表达强度一致,均表达于鼻黏膜上皮、腺上皮和杯状细胞中;②鼻息肉、慢性鼻窦炎和正常鼻黏膜组织之间Cu/ZnSOD和PLUNC蛋白阳性强度构成比的差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.689,P<0.01)。鼻息肉组织的阳性强度以“+”为主,慢性鼻窦炎组织的阳性强度以“+++”为主,正常鼻黏膜组织的阳性强度以“++”为主。结论:Cu/ZnSOD和PLUNC蛋白是鼻黏膜局部免疫防御系统的重要组成部分。当鼻黏膜受病原体侵袭或理化因素刺激引起炎症反应时,鼻黏膜上皮、腺上皮和杯状细胞反应性增生明显,它们产生和分泌Cu/ZnSOD、PLUNC蛋白等抗炎物质增多来产生炎症防御作用。
OBJECTIVE: To further verify the differential expression and significance of superoxide dismutase (Cu / ZnSOD) and PLUNC protein in nasal polyps, chronic sinusitis and normal nasal mucosa by immunohistochemistry and to expand the specimen size. Methods: The expressions of Cu / ZnSOD and PLUNC proteins in 34 cases of nasal polyps, 30 cases of chronic sinusitis and 18 cases of normal nasal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: ① The localization and expression of Cu / ZnSOD and PLUNC proteins were consistent in the same tissue specimens, both in nasal mucosa epithelium, glandular epithelium and goblet cells; ② between nasal polyps, chronic sinusitis and normal nasal mucosa There were significant differences in the positivity ratios of Cu / ZnSOD and PLUNC (χ2 = 30.689, P <0.01). The positive intensity of nasal polyps was predominantly “+”, the positive intensity of chronic sinusitis was mainly “+++”, and the positive intensity of normal nasal mucosa was mainly “++”. Conclusion: Cu / ZnSOD and PLUNC proteins are important components of nasal mucosal immune defense system. When the nasal mucosa by pathogen invasion or physical and chemical factors to stimulate the inflammatory response, nasal mucosa epithelial, glandular epithelium and goblet cells reactive hyperplasia, they produce and secrete Cu / ZnSOD, PLUNC protein and other anti-inflammatory substances increased to produce inflammation defensive role .
