超结构光栅DBR(SSGDBR)半导体激光器是目前光通讯中应用最有前景的可调谐激光器之一。利用传输矩阵法模拟了SSGDBR的反射谱。计算中,把SSGDBR每一个光栅节距看成基本单元。对于SSGDBR的注入不同电流,反射光谱显示出调谐特征。
Super Structured Grating DBR (SSGDBR) semiconductor lasers are one of the most promising tunable lasers in optical communications. The reflection matrix of SSGDBR is simulated by transfer matrix method. Calculation, the SSGDBR each grating pitch as the basic unit. The reflection spectra show tuning characteristics for the different currents injected into the SSGDBR.
