为减少黄河粉砂土路基的填方工后沉降,对试验路采用了冲击压实工艺进行施工。该文分析了开封黄河粉砂土的基本工程性质,给出了冲击压实的施工工艺,对开封砂土进行了振动压实与冲击压实的对比试验,并进行了填方段的工后沉降观测及分析。结果表明:冲击压实较振动压实有更高的压实度,可提高2%~5%;高填方段各横断面4个月的总沉降量均小于70mm。
In order to reduce the post-construction settlement of the silt subsoil in the Yellow River, the impact compaction process was applied to the test road. This paper analyzes the basic engineering properties of Kaifeng Yellow River silt sand, gives the impact compaction construction technology, carried out a comparative test of vibration compaction and impact compaction of Kaifeng sand, Settlement observation and analysis. The results show that impact compaction has a higher degree of compaction than vibration compaction, which can be increased by 2% ~ 5%. The total subsidence of each section of high cross section for 4 months is less than 70mm.
