对株洲体育中心工程大跨度、形状复杂的雨篷结构的风洞试验结果与荷载规范取值进行了经济合理性和安全性分析。通过方案比较和分析,对雨篷主体结构选择较经济、易施工的焊接球空间网架形式,并对复杂结构的支座节点和支撑柱进行合理的布置和设计,如采用支座群嵌固解决很不规则网架结构的倾覆力和扭曲力问题,采用钢管混凝土叠合斜柱、钢管混凝土长柱以解决奇形柱的受力和变形问题。经过建成后一段时期的正常使用过程,工程的雨篷网架及下部承力结构不仅满足设计规范要求,还具有较好的设计合理性和经济效果。
The economic rationality and safety analysis of the wind tunnel test results and load specifications of the long span and complex shape awning structures of Zhuzhou Sports Center Project are carried out. Through the comparison and analysis of the schemes, the main structure of the awning is selected to be more economical and easy to construct, and the layout of the welding ball space grid is reasonable. The support nodes and support columns of the complex structure are arranged and designed rationally. For example, To solve the problem of overturning and twisting force of the very irregular grid structure, the concrete-filled steel tube concrete inclined columns and concrete filled steel tubular long columns are used to solve the stress and deformation problems of the odd-shaped columns. After a period of normal operation, the awning grid and the lower load-bearing structure of the project not only meet the design specifications, but also have good design rationality and economic effect.
