随着我国医疗制度改革的不断深化,人们的法律意识、经济意识及对医疗服务需求意识逐渐提高,各种类型的医疗纠纷也逐渐增多,有社会因素、患者原因及医院管理的薄弱环节[1]等因素,这些纠纷干扰了医院的正常工作秩序,直接影响医院的经济效益和社会效益,应当引起重视。如何正确处理医疗纠纷,已成为医护人员关注和认真探索的问题。通过对发生医疗纠纷时医护人员及患者双方认识调查分析,旨在构建和谐医患关系,预防和减少医疗纠纷发生。
With the continuous deepening of the medical system reform in our country, people’s awareness of law, economic awareness and awareness of the demand for medical services are gradually increasing, and various types of medical disputes are also gradually increasing. There are social factors, patient causes and weaknesses in hospital management [1 ] And other factors, these disputes have disrupted the normal working order of the hospital and have a direct impact on the economic and social benefits of the hospital, which deserves our attention. How to correctly handle medical disputes has become a problem that medical staffs pay attention to and seriously explore. Through the investigation and analysis of the mutual understanding between medical staff and patients in medical disputes, the aim is to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
