源起白酒是中华民族的传统产品,有着近千年的悠久历史。建国以来随着社会经济的发展,白酒同其他产品一样也在不断前进。1949-1979年第三届酒类评比以前,人们只是把饮料酒包括白酒、啤酒、果葡酒、露酒、黄酒从酒种名称上加以划分。白酒散装占总量90%左右,老百姓称为:老白干、二锅头、烧酒等等。少数的企业的瓶装酒多按原料,工艺、设备、糖化发酵剂,地域(地方)古人名字起名,统称仍然是白酒。
Origin of liquor is the traditional Chinese products, has a long history of nearly a thousand years. Since the founding of the PRC with the social and economic development, liquor, like other products are also constantly moving forward. Before the Third Wine Awards 1949-1979, people only classified drinks, including white wine, beer, fruit wine, liqueur and rice wine, from the name of the wine. White wine bulk accounted for about 90% of the total, people called: Laobaigan, Erguotou, Shochu and so on. A small number of bottled wine companies more according to raw materials, technology, equipment, saccharification and fermentation agent, regional (local) name of the ancients, collectively referred to as still liquor.
