中小学生的心理健康问题受到越来越多的关注。近年几项大规模调查表明,小学生的心理健康水平比中学生的差。但是,在心理健康的理论概念、操作化定义、测量技术和干预措施各方面,国内心理学专家的看法不尽一致。介绍这几方面的研究进展,并结合小学生的学习和生活环境,举例阐述了心理健康与和谐的关系,进而提出心理健康应该从娃娃抓起。
The mental health problems of primary and middle school students receive more and more attention. In recent years, several large-scale surveys have shown that the mental health of pupils is worse than that of middle school students. However, domestic psychologists have different opinions on the theoretical concepts of mental health, operational definitions, measurement techniques and interventions. This paper introduces the research progress in these aspects and combines the study and living environment of primary school students with an example to illustrate the relationship between mental health and harmony, and then puts forward that mental health should start from the baby.
