在涡轮风扇航空发动机中使用TC4钛合金作为压气机叶片及盘的材料。在工艺过程中发现合金中含有亮条,因此对亮条产生的原因及对合金机械性能的影响进行了探讨。对已发现的亮条进行了金相组织观察,测定了显微硬度,用探针测定了化学成份变化,测试了机械性能,分析了断口组织,然后与无亮条的合金作了比较。根据测试结果,对已发现的不同类型的亮条进行了分类,及对机械性能的影响进行了分析。然后对产生在条的原因进行了初步的摸索,并对消除合金中亮条的措施提出了初步的意见。
TC4 titanium alloy used in turbofan aeroengine as compressor blade and disk material. The alloy was found to contain bright bands in the process, so the reasons for the bright bands and the influence on the mechanical properties of the alloy were discussed. The bright bands were found microstructure observation, the determination of the microhardness, with the probe to determine the chemical composition changes, mechanical properties were tested, the fracture structure was analyzed, and then compared with the non-bright alloy. According to the test results, the different types of bright strips that have been found are classified and the influence on the mechanical properties is analyzed. Then, the reasons for the occurrence of the strip were initially explored, and preliminary suggestions were put forward to eliminate the bright strips in the alloy.
