介绍了微观相场的动力学模型以及运用相场法对镍基合金沉淀过程界面演化规律取得的研究进展。该模型可成功描述合金沉淀过程中沉淀相形貌和结构的演化,得到一系列的场变量、沉淀相界面结构、界面迁移性等性质。利用该模型已经对许多先进镍基合金的相变动力学进行了模拟研究。
The kinetic model of microscopic phase field and the research progress of the phase evolution law of nickel base alloy precipitation process by phase field method are introduced. The model can successfully describe the morphology and structure evolution of the precipitated phase during the precipitation of the alloy. A series of field variables, interface structure of precipitation phase and interface mobility are obtained. The phase transition kinetics of many advanced nickel-base alloys has been simulated using this model.
