“生活即教育”是陶行知生活教育理论的核心。什么是“生活教育”?陶行知指出:生活教育是生活所原有,生活所自营,生活所必需的教育。我们发现人的主要阅读能力是在3~8岁期间形成的。研究者发现人的阅读发展大致可分为两个层面,即获得阅读能力的学习和通过阅读获取信息的方法能力的学习。一般来说8岁以前的儿童应当掌握的是基本阅读能力,在这个年龄段的孩子的认知经验大多来自于生活、兴趣来自于生活。而他们在8岁以后就可通过基本阅读能力去进一步获取信息的方法技能,从而去学习各学科的知识。
“Life is Education ” is the core of Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory. What is “life education”? Tao Xingzhi pointed out: life education is the original life, life self-employed, life education. We found that people’s primary reading ability is formed in 3 to 8 years old. The researchers found that the development of human reading can be broadly divided into two levels, that is, the ability to acquire reading ability and the ability to acquire information through reading. In general, children before the age of eight should have basic reading ability. Most children’s cognitive experience at this age comes from living and their interests come from living. And after the age of 8, they can acquire the methodological skills of information through basic reading ability so as to learn the knowledge of different disciplines.
